I know from years of training myself and others that the first step to moving anything you want in your life is to start with what moves your heart. Without that it's impossible to lift a finger, let alone pick up a weight. Maybe you want to lose weight - but what is moving you to do this is so you have more energy. Or maybe you want to gain muscle so you feel more confident . Or maybe you want to start exercising so you can kick depression.
ONCE THE MUSCLE IN YOUR MIND IS FIRED UP AND MOVED WITH EXCITEMENT, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!

JoJoy’s fitness philosophy is, “Do What Moves You!” She understands how the value of fitness can help you to excel at life and in the activities you love. Her science-based approach to designing fitness programs is full of variety, humor and fun. She mixes this with her dedication to keeping informed of the latest fitness news and trends.
JoJoy comes from a long line of PE teachers and grew up competing in gymnastics and playing sports. She is a collegiate soccer national champion, All-American collegiate snowboarder, National Gym Association’s Ms. Bikini California, and first place winner of the NGA Pro Bikini Universe in the fall of 2016.
JoJoy was honored by San Francisco Magazine with their “Best of SF” award in 2015 for her excellence in personal training and coaching.
